We don't chase moments. We define the story that makes the moment matter.

Meet Tracy

Tracy McGraw is a strategic communications executive and cultural storyteller who has spent more than two decades shaping the narratives behind some of the most influential brands in entertainment, media, and technology.  Known for her ability to translate vision into impact, McGraw architects communications strategies that elevate brands beyond awareness into authority, relevance, and long-term value. Her work spans consumer and corporate communications, publicity, executive visibility, and thought leadership.

In addition to leading NARRATIVE AUTHORITY, McGraw currently serves as Chief Communications Officer for A Few Good Women Productions, a client of the firm, where she leads global communications, brand strategy, and industry positioning for the independent, women-led studio. This dual role reflects her hands-on, embedded approach of operating not only as an advisor, but as a strategic partner inside the businesses she helps build.

Previously, McGraw was the Head of Global Consumer Communications at X (formerly Twitter), where she shaped product storytelling and cultural relevance for the platform leading high-impact campaigns, product launches, and global communications strategy.

Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Paramount Global, where she spent over two decades across BET, VH1 and CBS overseeing integrated communications, publicity, and brand strategy for some of the most culturally significant programming and live events in television.

A trusted advisor to CEOs and senior leadership teams, McGraw is recognized for building narratives that move culture, strengthen reputation, and create competitive advantage. She is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology and is based in New York.
